All orders placed before midday (12:00) will normally be processed the same day and dispatched by the end of day. During excessively busy times all orders will be processed next business day.
Once orders are placed you will receive a confirmation email of your order. If you cannot locate this email please check your junk mail folder and unblock future emails from our ordering system.
You can cancel an order made after midday until 9:00am the following day, at which time it will be processed and dispatched.
All orders will be dispatched by either Royal Mail or DPD, depending on the goods sold, the order total and the size of the package.
As soon as your goods are dispatched, you will receive a tracking number update to your email address on file, and you can track the location and estimated delivery details of the parcel.
You can also check on the progress of your orders in the ‘My Account’ section.
All of our subscription packages are designed to be sent via regular post and therefore will fit directly into your postbox – no signing for parcels or missing deliveries again.
