We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

If you are visiting the the Smiths factory outlet, then cash will also be accepted.

With Royal Mail you can expect a 1st Class delivery to arrive the next business day from dispatch, whereas with 2nd Class you can expect the package to arrive in 2-3 business days. 

With DPD there are various sending options arriving the next working day.

Our online store utilizes the latest encrypted SSL security, so that you can shop with peace of mind knowing your details are fully encrypted and secure.

If your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of the order.

Once we receive order confirmation we process it on the same day as long as the order is before midday, otherwise it will be processed on the following business day.

The package will then be dispatched by the chosen postage method and arrive at your door.

You receive an email confirmation of your order and you may also login and view your current order status as well as previous orders.

Yes, you can either call us and make your order for collection or come to our cafe, have a coffee and snack while waiting for your order to be freshly roasted – the Smiths Coffee way.
