Asked to create a blend specifically for bulk brewing this blend of dark and light roasts containing coffees from Papua New Guinea, Ethiopia, Colombia and Uganda proved to be highly successful. The rich flavours of the Colombian and the Ethiopian mixed with heavy bodied Uganda and fruity Papua New Guinea create a taste depicting its quality and speciality. It has also been found to be excellent for use in cafetieres as the longer infusion time extracts the special characteristics of its constituents.
